I tried to swap 100XPRT to sktXPRT.

When I manually sent money by entering “To”, “amount” and “memo withiout ,1” in Keplr, I got a 100pXPRT deposit at Balances on the right side of the site.

How can I swap to stkXPRT from this situation?

You can go to Rewards > Restake. It will help your swap assets.

Please note: Always follow tutorial and use pSTAKE application to do the transactions.
